Kids Yoga
Fridays 3PM
Yoga doesn’t have to be still and stuffy. This kid’s class introduces energetic young people to the very basics of yoga. We practice breathwork, basic yoga poses, and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way through music, play and books. This mixed age group class is starting at age 5 and up.
Stretch and Flow at Kiwanis Park
Will resume in the spring. Beginner Yoga at the same time in the gym.
Come to play and stretch as a family. This all-ages class is a great option for some outdoor time with the whole family. We’ll explore basic yoga poses you’ll see in any yoga class. Bring a ground cover(mat, blanket, towel) for your yoga space, comfy clothes and a positive attitude!
Pelvic Floor Yoga
Thursday 9AM
This class is not your mama’s Kegels! Designed for moms of all ages, we focus on strengthening and stretching the pelvic floor, hips, and core in a gentle and controlled fashion to improve posture, reverse pelvic floor weakness, and aid in post-partum recovery no matter how long it’s been since having a baby. We encourage baby-wearing in class for the newest of moms.
Preschool Yoga (Child and Parent)
Friday 9AM
As a parent, it can be hard to stay present and playful with your child. This class is designed for just that. You and your young child can join other young families on the mat and learn the basics of breathwork, yoga postures and mindfulness in a space designed for you and your child.
Stretch
Sundays/Wednesday at 9AM, Thursday at 6PM
A balanced flow and relaxation yoga class for all levels; this class is perfect for those who are looking to unwind and connect with their inner world. We also include elements of breathwork and restorative postures to enhance our practice.
Vinyasa (Flow)
Sundays, 1030AM
This challenging practice is perfect to get the body moving and strong. Sanskrit for “to place in a special/ unique way”, Vinyasa is all about progressing from simple to more complex motions in a continuous flow in time with the breath. This practice will get your heart pumping and muscles working while allowing the outside world to fall away.
Beginner/ Chair Yoga
Tuesday / Thursday at 8AM
If you have been curious about yoga but never attempted a class before, this class is perfect. We explore the basics of a yoga practice and teach the most common sequences you’re likely to see. Focused on learning rather than perfection, this class comes with no expecations, just presence. We also us props to support all physical abilities regardless of age, injury, or athleticism.
Family Yoga
Fridays at 12PM, Sundays at 2PM
Similar to an adult yoga flow, this practice is designed to help kids learn to focus their minds on the present moment as they stretch and flow in a quiet space just for them. Parents are welcome to join their child on the mat.
