Jason Thompson - Owner

I started gymnastics in 6th grade and eventually competed throughout high school in Rockwall TX for the Yellowjackets.  I started coaching in 1997, and coached full-time for 13+ years in the Dallas area, then did IT work for several years while coaching part-time.  I started AGA in 1998 when I saw the need for a gymnastics facility in the area... I have coached toddlers to adults, beginners to elite gymnasts, cheerleading to team gymnastics, and everything in between.  My coaching philosophy revolves around a firm understanding and mastery of gymnastics fundamentals and learning through progressions taught in a safe and fun atmosphere.
